Choice?! Hmm... how about giving your reason for the title?I have one.But want to know yours.
Living is a choice. Be it choosing our way or going with the tide, we choose. Work, tour, laze around, relax, try to cajoule a tourist by telling stories about the place, the pic is all of them happening at one place one time.

'Choice' comes into the scene only when people are given options to choose from.I guess most in the picture(especially,the workers)didnt have a choice at all;but,I wish there comes a time when every person gets to choose his life without any external pressure.Till then,it'll be hard for me to digest what your title stands for.
PS: The paradox is even if there is no choice,one ends up choosing something.
"Be it choosing our way or going with the tide, we choose." is what I said. why single the workers, even others in the picture fit that rule. We either fight the tide or go with it but at some point of time we end up choosing something. And there are options always, but we lack the guts.
